Thu: nothing
Fri: Bike; 6 x Folk Fest Hill all faster averages then previous; 5 x Zoo Hill half were faster; Research Park hawt laps 3 on 1 off, 3 hours total
Sat: Run, 5k with one work interval section to see how shoes would feel on trail, 30min
Sun: Rode out to GWN to watch the folks race. See Strava
Training is getting more consistant, this is good.
