Tue: Run 1 hour, half tempo half jog w/ drills leg not feeling great
Wed: Run 30 min 7k, leg feeling better...
Thu: Run 1 hour 12.5k, leg feeling not better...
Fri: RIDE 2:30 hours, need to raise seat height, chased by dogs.
Sat: Earth Hour Run 40 minutes
Sun: Run x2, 2 hours
Total 9 hours
Signed up For Fast Trax 50k and Edmonton ITU, balls deep
Push ups Tues to Fri
