Week of April 16th

Mon: Run 1.5 hours 18k, leg feels a lot better why?
Tue: Run 20 min, all I had time for.
Wed: Climbing 1 hour.
Thu: Run 1 hour, lungs felt bad.
Fri: ...
Sat: Run 1 hour, everything was bad.
Sun: Spring Race, felt great! Went well until I got a flat.  Then dropped a chain a lap later.  Then got another flat.  But I had fun!  Legs felt good. 1.5 hours.

Total time 6 hours

I'm going to contribute the Thursday Run performance to how hungover I was on Wednesday.
