Tue: Run - 10 x 1min hard with 3min off
Wed: Frank's - 24:45, felt like I was blowing up towards the middle, little effort off the start.
Thu: Swim - about an hour
Fri: nothing
Sat: CX in Devon, 7th in Sport, fell too much.
Sun: 1 hour reving with 4 x 10min climbing, half seated/ half standing followed by 40 min of running
