Fri: Rev 20 min on the rollers, computrainer w/ pyramid 180w to 260w up 20 every 5min, 1 hour
       Run 40 min 8k 5:00 avg

Sat: nothing

Sun: Revving w/ 4 x 10min climb / aero 1 hour

total time 8.5
