Mon: Core, 45min; Swim, 1 hour
Tue: Rev, 2 hour; Run, 1 hour
Wed: Run 1 hour
Thu: Run 1 hour (1:06), 14 km avg 4:43s
Fri: Run 2 hours (1 hour out and back Mckinnon, 2nd hour 8x 45sec intervals w/ 3:15 rest); Rev 30 min
Sat: Run 20 mins
Sun: Run 30 mins, Right leg hurt a lot

Total: ~10 hours, better
Need to volunteer however or I can't race at Blackfoot
