Mon: ride 87km 3 hours; run 11km 1 hour
Tue: run 25min; stretching 25min
Wed: nothing
Thu: swim 2600m 1 hour 30 min
Fri: nothing
Sat: Kettle stuff
Sun: Kettle Cross 3 hours 25minish, flatted but soo much fun.  Next time buy gloves.

Total time: Just under 10 hours

More consistency needed
