Mon: Skiing w/ lots of drills 2 hours; core 45 min; swim 1 hour
Tue: rev 1.5 hours, cleat problems; .5 hour stairs / lunges
Wed: run 1 hour
Thu: swim 1.5 hours, 2.9k
Fri: felt like shit, nothing
Sat: nothing
Sun: ski, 29 km classic 3 hours

Total 11 hours ish
